1 bag of country style frozen potatoes
1 onion, chopped
6 slices of bacon (we used venison bacon)
4 eggs
cheese sauce (see below) - we used leftover sauce from our broccoli
This served 2 people just fine and we had no other sides, so it is a lot of food for 2 people.
Season potatoes with Lawrey's Salt. Fry potatoes in pan until brown. Saute onions. Fry bacon. Add onions and bacon pieces to potatoes when brown and toss together. Baste eggs over medium.
Place potato mixture on plate, place two eggs on top, put cheese sauce on top of that.
Yum.
